Tenant Spaces
The building management company for this three-story professional office building, located in the heart of New Jersey's main commercial center, commissioned Element to design office renovation projects throughout their building including legal firms, medical offices, accounting firms and IT consulting firms.
Food Service
Element was the primary consultant commissioned by this downtown Jersey City food establishment’s management to completely reconfigure all kitchen equipment and operations. Responsible for design of all food preparation, service lines and dining area including all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Healthcare Centers
Element was commissioned for the United States Veterans Administration to provide all planning and design work necessary to address various existing historical building restorations. Projects included multiple roofing replacements at several of their hospitals, as well as replacement of building marble panels at the VA Hospital located in West Orange, NJ.
Worship Centers
Element volunteered their expertise in evaluating the condition and restorations needed for the temple's exterior. The firm coordinated all testing and specification for all necessary restoration work and architectural finishes.
Commercial Buildings
Design of 10,000 SF new outdoor retail mall including all site improvements, building envelope, building infrastructure, and utilities to accommodate new tenancy. Element also designed several of the individual retail and food service tenant spaces.
